Precision CNC Laser Cutting
AMADA ENSIS 3015 AJe 3kW Fiber Laser – This advanced fiber laser system delivers industry-leading precision, speed, and edge quality. It is capable of cutting carbon steel up to 1″ thick, stainless steel up to ½”, and aluminum up to ½”, while maintaining precise tolerances of ±.001″–.002″.

Precision CNC Sheet Metal Punching
Amada AE 2510NT Punch Press – A precise punch and matching die work together to punch out portions of metal sheets into specific shapes and features with consistent accuracy and precision. This machine holds ±.001″–.002″ of accuracy on all punched / formed dimensions.

Precision CNC Metal Forming
Amada EG 6013 and Accupress 6′ & 8′ Press Brakes – Our precision CNC press brakes utilize 3D CAD models within the machine software to ensure proper bends and forms every time. These can accommodate a wide range of material thicknesses and repeat bends within a repeatable machine tolerance of ±.001″–.002″ throughout any production run. We regularly hold a tolerance of .010″ on dimensions through multiple bends, and .005″ from bends to features. We can typically hold angles within .5 degrees of accuracy, and can usually hold even tighter tolerances if required.
MIG/TIG & Spot Welding
Miller MIG/TIG Welding Machines – We offer welding as a service, or included as a step of manufacturing if your part/assembly requires it. We weld a wide variety of shapes and sizes of all commonly welded materials.
Grinding, Graining, and Deburring
Timesaver, Tumbler, and Air Tools – Our Timesaver can grain and deburr single or multiple flat parts that are still nested together in a sheet. Our tumbler can accommodate a wide variety of parts to consistently de-burr or hide blemishes on raw material. We offer tumbling as a service or as a part of part manufacturing if your part requires a tumbled finish.
Hardware Installation
Haeger Hardware Insertion Equipment – Our Haeger hardware insertion equipment allows us to permanently install most common and specialty hardware into your metal parts/assemblies. This is achieved by punching a specific size pre-hole for your hardware, and then pressing in the hardware to the recommended tonnage by the manufacturer. This allows us to add threaded inserts to sheet metal assemblies such as self-clinching fasteners, standoffs, studs, floating hardware, and many more.
